By accessing or using GoZoomies (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. What GoZoomies Is

GoZoomies is a community-powered directory that helps pet owners discover hotels, cafés, parks, and services that welcome pets. We aggregate information from public sources (including Google Places), partner submissions, and community contributions, and we apply our own "paw score" to indicate how pet-friendly a place appears to be.

3. Information Accuracy — Please Verify Before You Travel

GoZoomies is a discovery tool, not a booking guarantee. Listing details are provided for guidance only:

• Prices shown may be estimates derived from public price bands and are labelled "est." where applicable. Actual rates are set by the property and may differ.
• Pet policies (size limits, fees, number of pets, etc.) are often inferred from reviews and public data and may be incomplete or out of date.
• The "paw score" is our editorial estimate of pet-friendliness, not a guarantee of any specific experience.

Always confirm pet policies, availability, and pricing directly with the venue before booking or travelling. GoZoomies is not liable for any loss, denied entry, or inconvenience arising from reliance on listing information.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on GoZoomies — including hotel and booking links (such as Booking.com, Agoda, and similar partners) — are affiliate links. If you make a booking or purchase through these links, GoZoomies may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps keep the Service free.

Affiliate relationships do not influence a place's paw score. Places that pay for a featured "Partner" placement are labelled as such on their cards. We aim to keep discovery and commercial placement clearly separated.

5. Community Contributions

When you submit photos, reviews, or place suggestions, you confirm that you own or have the right to share that content, and you grant GoZoomies a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes others' rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the Service or its data without written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not misuse contact details or submission forms for spam or harassment.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service links to third-party websites (booking platforms, venue websites, maps). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoZoomies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its information.
